What is the width of the drip edge you are putting on? Any chance you'll have some short (1-3') pieces left? I need a few pieces for an indoor project but I'm picky in that they need to be 4-6" wide, which you may not be using.

Metal roof is on! Still alot to do but roof is on, yaaah! My 2 bosses and a co worker graciously came over to help! Got it done in 3 hours. Still needs the ridge sheet across the top, maybe some drip edge on the sides, maybe not.

Beautiful, it looks so big now! I'm glad you got some help, poor Dawn won't have to hand up sheet metal to you all weekend!

It does look a lot bigger than when it was just some timbers standing there. Great that you got help on putting up that good looking roof!

Oh & it's big! Takes up that whole area where Scotty Overkill took down that giant aspen last year. :)

Wow, I continue to be impressed by your endeavors. Anything you really want done, gets down. Let me tell you, I know folks that can't hold a hammer or paint brush properly and have no intentions of that being on their skills list.

My kids are all like that. Seems they can do anything they set out to. I'm convinced "common sense" is indeed not common. There are folks who would look up when it is raining and be at high risk of drowning. Just think about all those whom text while driving.

Yes, need to treat texting and driving like a DUI! Nearly everyone I see driving is looking at their phone! Idiots!

I did some drip edge after all and added the ridge piece. Was planning on picking up some rough cut lumber, but everyone closed at noon, so that'll wait until Monday. Taking the Lord's day off tomorrow and will start up again Monday. Looks like Chinese food and a movie tomorrow!

Probably the wise choice in the long run (the drip edge - well, maybe taking today off too :D)
