OMG rolling is sooo much easier than lifting. I do need a cant hook. I got back to my place to unload and the ones I dropped on the side, I can’t lift alone to stand them up to roll off. Any smart tricks?

Cant hook... maybe pry bar to lift a bit, put 3 short 18"-24" pipe maybe 1 1/2 dia under the round and roll that way or raise edge with pry bar, get 2x4 under and stand the round up. I have hooked chain to round and tree and pulled trailer out from under it. Would need to take your tailgate off to do that. Just watch fingers and toes.

I will slide the big ones off the trailer then deal with flipping them or breaking them up on the ground.

A trailer is definitely a game changer for hoarding. Rolling beats lifting for sure, and even if you have to lift some, it's a lower lift height.

Expect to get your trailer back without lights, spare tire, tailgate pins. Or with a bent coupler and fenders dented.:hair:

Swap that winch out for an electric one, you have a nice "yarder" to drag the bigguns to the trailer with...then if it was mounted on the trailer, you could swing rounds from the trailer to the splitter too! Great accessory idea Tim!
Or you can haul your splitter to the scrounge and bust up some bigguns before loading too...options, lots of options now!

if you don't have a jack and need to get a tire off, carry a block of wood, drive the trailer up on it with 1 tire.
The other tire should get off the ground enough to change it.
    nice trailer too.
Get a bottle jack stout enough to support over 7k just to have some leeway and something to support the jack so it doesn't sink into
    asphalt or soft ground.

All the idiots that have to pass you, then cut over in front of you, hit the brakes and make a right turn.

The big rounds look straight grain. I would try the axe or sledge and wedge. I had a 32" round with a diameter of over 4' left standing on its root crown end by a tree company. I couldn't budge it with the heavy duty Stihl cant hook. It was full of knots so I had to noodle it. Ended up with a big trash can full of pin oak noodles.
