Humidity was terrible last night and we had strong storms move thru the area. Flash flood warning were issued for parts of my area. I had just under 3 inches of rain from the overnight storms. I guess the Mississippi will be rising again. No damage here from the rain. Heading out to help a friend with some grass trimming after he had a pacemaker installed a couple weeks ago. High heat warning out today so I want to get the outside work done before things get bad.
"Stay Cool Hoarders"!!! Even here 9 blocks from the bay, we hit 94º yesterday and supposed to be 97º today and 100º tomorrow. I'm trying to spackle some new sheet rock and it just isn't happening!!! I have all the pup's in air condition all day long and they're out only long enough to do what they need to do. Remember, heat stroke can creep up "Quick"!!! I've seen it a few times in my life with military folks. Don't push it, nothing is worth a trip to the hospital or worse a pine box!
