Our guessers have been wrong with their forecasts. It's been in the mid to upper 80's, and super high humidity. It was so hot and muggy that it was uncomfortable being just outside. I did light a nice fire though last night. The temp only dropped a couple degrees, and the dew point was still oppressive. The fire was nice though.

Good thing we were on the lake all day. We had a rental pontoon, and today we'll take it my ski boat. It's got a full tank of gas in it. The doggos are bored though, VRBO and the owner said that the lot is fenced. We'll it isn't really, only a little, and the neighbors are dicks. We got this place because of the fully fenced yard, in addition to our being on the lake, and the house's size.

Great Wisconsin made units. Where I work now, and where I used to work both provide parts to speed queen. The panel that you see the settings on, is what the company that I work for now makes for them.

I like your weather station. Did I see “bass pro shops” on that in another pic? I want one.

I just had three breakdowns on the riding mower in 1.5 laps around the front yard. First, I didnt notice a tire was low, and it rolled off the bead on an uphill turn. Then a stick I didnt notice made a million and one shot and stuck between the deck and chassis and wedged between one of the drive pulleys and bracket. After I fixed that, it went about 50 yards and sputtered and died. I just walked away, and I'm gonna go on the boat as soon as the wife is ready. F that lawn mower.

Mr Turbodiesel and his entourage arrived yesterday. We got their electric hooked up and air conditioners running. We watched the sun set and stayed out until about 10:30. His group headed off to the Ark Encounter this morning. They brought me lots of gifts (which was totally unnecessary) from local businesses in their area. Tim’s BIL brought me a wooden cutting board he made from cherry, walnut, and maple. He makes and sells lots of stuff. We will have to get his site up somehow, he’s a true craftsman.

Yes sir, I got it at Bass Pro shop last year for Father's Day. It is an Accu Rite Brand, they have several models.

I can sympathize with you. That is why I got a new mower. It got so every time out, there was at least a 30 min repair in an 1 1/2 mowing session.

Not a pleasant day at all for being outdoors. This is our hottest day for sure.
