Couple of racks of ribs on my Charbroil Kamander that I keep at our camper for just such an occasion.
Something different, but completely delicious. Whole grilled/smoked eggplant. It went into an awesome baba ganoush.
im gettin really hungry.....i sure hope fuelrod is cookin something good tonite.....guy has 2 new smokers....yes folks 2..not 1 and no pics yet what a slacker.....
Yes, guilty as charged . I broke down last December and got a smart phone. That won't "talk" with my computer for posting pics, of wich I have taken plenty. We did our first pizza a few days ago on the karmado and it did a nice job although our assembly needs some improvement along with a little imagination. I'll work on that, maybe today. It's supposed to be stinking hot & humid. After the past few days in the hayfield, and after I cut the lawn, I believe it's going to an a/c day inside. At least this afternoon.
Ol’ MarkG and me are smoking some Picnics today. I’ll try to snap a pic of the meats when they get their hourly apple cider vinegar spray down.
Connecting with a usb to computer should work. On my phone I had to find "USB Preferences" and select file transfer on "Use USB For" section. It keep losing this setting and I need to re select it often.
Hey SKEETER McCLUSKEY, is it odd that these picnics have gone from 41° in F’s to 126°F’s in 2 1/2 hours? Granted they both were around 6 1/2 - 7 lbs. each, but that’s a quicker delta T than I can recall. Thoughts? Grill temps at start were @230°.... dialed it back to just above 200°.
Eric VW I ain't exactly Skeeter with experience but it's gotta be a pretty hot day down your way, so ambient temps would effect that Delta T pretty significantly on the low end of the curve. Some venison and ABTs (albeit sweet peppers so the kids will eat them)
I dont find that strange....it should stall out 150°~160°when the fat starts to render it uses up more energy like trying to boil water out of a piece of firewood.
