3 chickens, 2 cornbeef briskets, 2 racks of ribs, and later 16 hot dogs. Also have 5 pounds of sloppy Joes in the crock pot inside.

    Congrats to your daughter Thor

I'd stick with the regular chicken ribs, not a big jalapeno fan.
    :jaw:

    Looks like quite a spread.

Anyone else using grillgrate? I ordered a 6 panel set on Father's Day and am really enjoying them. I just cooked up 2 burgers and had very little flare up. W/O the grillgrate it would of been a big grease fire and would require me to move the burgers to another burner. Yes, the grill is clean. I think the problem is the burner shield is too shallow.

Beef ribs on right now, going since 9am. May be taking less time than I thought they would. Spritzing them with beer now once per hour - that may be pointless, I don't know. Never been a spritzer/mopper.

Baby Backs on. Was going to try w/out foil but started late so actually trying little higher temp and 2-1-1 otherwise we are eating at 10PM. If it wasnt a work night, that would have been OK but.........

Beef ribs came out good. I thought 4 ribs between my wife and I wouldnt be enough after watching them shrink up but it was plenty. I underestimated their thickness.

This has to be the richest meat I've smoked yet. Lots of beefy fatty smokey goodness. Told my wife this will be a once in a while type of thing, especially given how expensive they are.
