Not sure about the past 30 days but after this morning we have had 6.1 inches in 72 hours. Some people locally have had more.

3-5" which isn't too bad, it just kinda sucks to get half of it when you are trying to knock dirt out of sod.

That much rain is almost unbelievable! Too many places getting hit hard.

We're not usually getting big amounts, it just keeps on coming and coming. Looks like we'll still get rain for the next 3 hours or so and it was raining through the night. Really a downer for most folks especially if their work requires some outdoor time. Worst is the farmers. Where will all the food come from next winter?

California and Texas, like it does every other year.
We'll survive the late planting of soybeans and GMO dent corn and a possible underperformance year of the usual over-supply just like we have in the past.

I doubt a shortage of high-fructose corn syrup will trigger an apocalyptic nightmare.
A few Americans could afford to lose a pound or two.

If it keeps coming like it is, the ark will be floating.

Not sure how much we got this morning. Started around 5:30 and didn't stop till around noon. Few times came down pretty hard. No water on the way to the doc's but 2 house down from me, water was going over the road on the way home.
