That's great to go on a short flight. Something I always wanted to do is fly but somehow that is slipping away.

I was surprised at how much woodland you have as it really shows from above. Also some wet areas.

Was talking to a farmer today (about 30 miles south of us) and he said he planted his first corn a week ago Sunday. Then he showed me a picture he took of that ground the very next day and it was all under water. A complete loss. Poor guy, the only crop he has so far this year is some wheat and strawberries. He just started picking berries this morning.

Ugh...there are quite a few fields with 2-3" tall corn underwater here right now...the field behind my house remains unplanted, but it is going into beans so it might be OK yet...barely...maybe

On my trip this morning I'm guessing only about 50% of the fields have been planted. Never have seen it this bad.

Going up in a small plane is fun. My mom used to take me up on a regular basis and we did some trips in Cesnas. Been way too long since I've been in anything but larger planes just for travel.

Will the town not supply clean water since groundwater is contaminated?

That’s a call you don’t want to get. Then again, maybe it is better to know.

I've marinated myself in Excel tutorials for a few days, I just do not have the intermediate knowledge to use to make the advanced things I need, I've over run my thinking capacity to the point of Excel Reverse Osmosis

I found someone that knows Excel well and will look at it, he charges $75/hour. If any of you or someone you know could do it for a bit less let me know!

I fumble my way through excel, but only limited knowledge. Since I use it for work, I really should take a course and let them pay for it.

The resources aren't there, but if it's just that well, I'd venture to say everyone has family or friends with their own well or on another neighborhood well to get drinking water. Overall I'd say it's a better situation than when we were steady losing the water. At least there's still water to wash dishes and clothes, shower and flush toilet.

No expert on the subject but I wonder if it has to do with the well being fracked. It didn't show in the test shortly after that was done, or anytime before to my knowledge. They'll test it again at the end of the month and go from there.

oh definitely, better to know if the problem is there.
