    I find I get hurt easier and get better slower at this point. Slow and steady and you will be back at it soon. Hope the recovery goes well. Sounds like it easily could have been worse than it is.

    Most of the black and blue has disappeared except down on the foot and it is not quite as sore. Getting better.
