Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. Praying for those in the storm paths yesterday. Working at my paying job today until 7PM. Another hot one today, mid-upper 90's, no rain in the forecast, grass is turning brown. I'll enjoy the free A/C till then... probably hit the wood pile tonight. Be thankful for what you have, share with those in need.

I finally finished splitting the oak, now I think I'll move on to apple, I want to get that done before it toughens up. Maybe it already has. I'm running the hose under the pool tarp to fill it, it's got to get out of the 50's and 60's here someday! Have a decent day.

 

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. It's FRIDAY for me, going on my 7 days off....woot, woot...hope to get some ,,,, done on those days. Got a tree trimming and grass cutting job lined up for tomorrow. Still hot and dry...

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. Time to get up and find some breakfast. Got to get loaded up and get the day started, trimming a bunch of pine limbs and stacking on burn pile, then cut a yard. Hope we can make it to the wood pile this evening... y'all be good today, let your LIGHT SHINE.

 

Have a good time, and take some cool-down breaks. I need to mow today too. Plus I'll split some more mulberry, before it gets too warm. Then there's housework, husband pops popcorn, which I like to eat, but there's kernels all over the kitchen floor, which is getting annoying. Have a great day everyone!

 

I'll cool off when I'm the limbs to the pile...lol... don't know where you gonna put that wood. Don't get on those kernels, roll your foot or trip....lol...have fun today too.

 

Well, the day didn't go as planned...lady called and cancelled the yard job, plus we didn't make it to the wood pile. My friend that wanted the trees trimmed, he had a bunch of trees. Miz Carol moved me around from tree to tree with the work box on the forks of the tractor, trimmed trees for 5 hrs and 3.5 hrs to get them all piled up. It was hot and humid today, heat index was up to 106*, it's still 78* @10:30 tonight. Stick a fork in us, we're DONE.

 

Good morning all. We cooled down to 55f at this hour with mild thunderstorms overnight. There are still some storms in the area. I am waiting now to see if it clears out enough for me to slip in a little panfishing this morning. It will be sunny and 73f today, 40s tonight, and 70f tomorrow which are good temperatures for getting some work in the garden done.

 

Good morning! 51° here this AM. I'm ready to open the pool, but there's no sense doing it with overnight temps in the 50's. We don't heat it, and no one would go in it.
I mowed yesterday, and today I'll get things tucked up before thunderstorms tomorrow. Grandson and I will have another Lego marathon. I'm looking forward to beach days with him too, once school is out. First grade next fall!

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SUPER SATURDAY. I have been instructed by the HUNNY, we will be working on our pool today... should be fun, been 2 years since we had it going...got to replace a few boards on the deck too. Should be a FUN day...still hot and dry, grass and crops are hurting...GOD will provide, though.
