There's a 1988 B6200 for sale near me right now. Tractor & deck. 560 hours. Tempting, but not sure it's worth $7000 (Canadian).

So, does anyone have any recommendations for replacement seats? Mine is in pretty sad shape and I would like to upgrade.

Mine mows the lawn full time now but pulled the cart filled with tools to build our first couple pastures. The Honda Foreman is in cart duty now but it made life a lot easier in the beginning.

Check TSC if you have one near you they generally have a large assortment of them.

That’s a nice setup! How do you like the Mahindra?

Works very well. We bought it with 200 hours on it used for a great deal. Our local dealer is new to tractors so they don’t stock filters and other basic maintenance items. Takes a couple weeks to get an oil filter would be my only complaint.

We feed round bales every 5 days and keep the driveways clear all winter. Don’t use it much in the summer but we do brush hog a bit and do some minor road building with it. Based on our uses I think I will get a cab tractor someday but that’s big bucks:). For now this one works great and didn’t break the bank.

Yeah I shipped a 650 lb wood furnace from Ohio to SW Kansas last fall for $200...I dropped it off late Thursday afternoon and it was there on Tuesday or Wednesday IIRC. That was at least half price of everybody else. They have a long list of things they won't ship though. They didn't want to ship my furnace...I had to call it a "kiln"

Road building eah! That sounds interesting...

I’ll never understand why the cab costs so much supply and demand I guess but it’s insane either way...

I don’t know why they are so much more either but I do know it will be a long time before I can look seriously at them:)

The road building sounds more interesting than it is for sure:). Just digging out mud/top soil and putting in gravel to get us to the entrance to the forest. We have been working on it off and on for a few years. Have to finish it up this summer as we are building a “less than pretty” hay barn in the woods:). The trees will protect it from wind and keep it out of sight:)

Yes, it's just 2 wheel drive, but it steers much better in the snow with them on. The tires all have windsheild washer fluid in them also for extra weight.
