But Pete, you forgot one picture. You also use that thing for joy riding!

Yes, you can do many odd jobs with one of those.

Right where I want to be.
I've used ours to plow snow, mow (of course), haul firewood in both trailers (not at the same time:picard:), pull small stumps (REALLY small), yank small logs off the log pile, haul other stuff in the small trailer.
I used it last year with the plow to backfill a trench, then smooth it over.
I've considered using it to smooth the drive with an old box spring or chain link fence, but I don't have either of those laying around.

My friend used a pallet and it worked very well! Flipped it over and weighs it down with a few bricks...

I still have to modify my plow mount to this mower. It fits but kinda iffy at best.

It breaks down ALL the time and is a pain to do the simplest things like a belt change but the hydro keeps going ...

Picked up a 185 in February. So far I used the snowblower that came on. I will be using it for dragging firewood to & from the backyard once I figure out how to remove the blower. Not sure if I'll bother with putting the 38" deck on.

I had the deck on mine but it’s a pain to get on and off so I don’t bother now it’s setting by the shed rotting away. It doesn’t get used for mowing anyway. It gets beat hard so it’s probably good that I don’t really like it

I will admit the frame on it is why I keep it! The frame is pretty beefy and really holds up good.

It's even sweeter when I think what I paid for it.:p:D Not sure if I should sell the extra blower or just keep it. No brackets but looks almost like new. Paint isn't even worn much.

Me likes me Ingy's!!! I have 2 of them. One is set up for mowing and the other is set up for snow blowing or rototilling. The one I use for mowing was a freebie, I liked it so well I bought the second one off CL and had to drive 3 hours to get it. Turned out they are the same model, the same year and 40 or so apart on the serial numbers. Kinda nice having a back up. I did a valve job on the freebie and it runs like new.

I'd fix you up, but shipping could be a bear.

Check with Fastenal, I haven't heard much about it lately, but guys on another blog used to ship garden tractors via them. Supposedly, they can ship store to store on "standby" very inexpensively. I've never done it, but that's what "they" say... It may take a couple weeks, but on a pallet it will get moved whenever there is a truck with space available going in the right direction. If you need it next week, stick to commercial shippers and get out your wallet. Nothing wrong with that, shippers provide a great service and it costs money to move things quickly, it just depends on your priorities. Since the beginnings of commercial trade, "time equals money".

Yup. I used to work Fastenal and they own their own trucking fleet and are a licensed common carrier. If you can get it to the store on a pallet they can ship it to another store to be picked up. Call you local store for a quote.
