Thanks! Today was also our 12 year anniversary. He took me out for lunch and helped me plant new rose bushes and some flowers the boys picked out. The floor will get finished tomorrow, my 3 men were more important today. He took 12th place out of 90 boats in the fishing tournament also. Great weekend for all of us!

 

Sorry guys, not done yet! I decided that I didn't like the ugly baseboards so I am replacing them too. Here's a pic from this morning before I quit to do the Mothers Day/Anniversary fun stuff.

What kind of tool is that near the hammer? Some sort of molding installer?

 

I think you are talking about the old laundry hookups on the wall. This used to be a laundry room before we moved here. I got the floor totally finished tonight, my Husband caulked around the shower for me and removed the laundry hookups. Tomorrow I will get the new baseboards stained and hopefully by midweek it will be complete. I need to quit finding more things I don't like so I can actually get it done

Yes it was! That was the first thing we did when we moved here was to make a laundry room.

Seriously though, just waiting for my Husband to cut the baseboards so that I can get them stained and put on. You guys might run out of popcorn yet

 

Ummm. I have a bathroom that needs a new floor. Do you do floor work on Father's Day?

Finally got my Husband to cut the baseboards and router the tops. I got em stained and earned myself a Bud Light. Cheers guys Have a beer with your popcorn
