Here is the end result. I didn’t take pics while they were on the grill. Chicken legs and some bacon wrapped shrimp.
Small boneless pork roast...230°with apple its been in about 3.5 hr and gettin a little bark....im foiling now
Ok this has been driving me crazy. Why do you guys use those cheap tinfoil pans. Do you just trash them afterwards.
I use them so the dripping are either not hitting the charcoal in the Kamado or if I use my propone cabinet it doesnt make a mess everywhere and I can chuck I use them so the drippings are either not hitting the charcoal in the Kamado or if I use my propane cabinet smoker it doesn't make a mess everywhere and I can chuck them out after I use it for a hat. Plus I work at a place I get them for free
