Yes that's it!! They are very hardy as far as a tropical plant, have great flowers, always, and humming birds love them.

I can see how you could look at pictures of yarrow and see a resemblance. Definitely not the same stuff though.

Thanks for the chicken soup. Because I wasn't well enough to make it from scratch so to speak, we have been relying on canned soup. I am feeling a bit better today. I ended up sleeping in the recliner to keep my sinuses drained. Not the most comfortable bed for me as I like to sleep on my side. Looks to be a gorgeous day today so maybe I can get outside in the sun but out of the wind.

I went in Wednesday to have some, I guess you could say pre cancerous spots cut off my chest. I had them biopsied a few weeks ago and they were not cancerous but they said it's something that could turn into cancer so they wanted to remove them. Well the doctor had made a few cuts and either was about to cut it out totally or had just cut it out and I passed out!! I came too and my head was killing me and I was inverted in the chair and it took me several seconds to realize who was talking to me. Luckily my wife was with me. She noticed and went to grab my head untill I came too. I then ended up being nauseated and throwing in the room while they were sewing me up and once after I had some water when they were done. I stuck around about twenty minutes and then we left. I threw up out the car window on the way home. I ended up staying home that day and sleeping all day. Like I said I am glad my wife was there. She would of had to get me anyway. For some Reason my blood pressure dropped I guess and stayed low causing all that. The nurse said they have several people a day pass out and mostly men. Haha! My iching and healing chest reminded me to tell the story here. Plus I am just sitting on the couch and not as busy as I have been this week.

We did a final walk through at the house we are moving to this week. I did a tour through the back woods. Lots of trees to deal with. It has been neglected for many years, but we will get it to where it needs to be.

The first is a hemlock that blew into a large crabapple. I'll piece this down a few feet at a time.

This one is a small stand of pine leaners. I'm thinking of cut and drag out if not too wet. There has to be at least a cord here for shoulder season.

A bunch of pine down here and there. This one is blocking a cleared lane to the back of the property. It will all make good wood.

I've been looking at JD lawn tractors, I think I want to upsize it for hauling a yard trailer.

We are getting close to finishing packing. We have some exciting days ahead. I will finally get back to hoarding with plenty of room to make stacks. I'll post more pics once we settle in.

Just 2 acres. Its over in the rural section of town. No woodstove there yet, but we should have one installed by the fall.
