So part of my new job is advising on whether the suppliers for our aftermarket parts are making parts that actually fit and work as intended. Most of the time I can answer that simply by looking at it or comparing it to the original. Sometimes we cannot. So, to those who don't mind testing for me...you can have a free part to try out. I'll work with you until we find one that works. You can keep the parts, no charge. We will pay for shipping costs. First come first serve. PM your contact info and address. ONLY MEMBERS WITH STANDING QUALIFY....FIRST TIME POSTERS WILL BE IGNORED. IF IN DOUBT, WE CAN VOTE ON IT.

Anyone here that is looking for a part they cannot find? Disappointed with a part that you got? Just looking to try out something? Let me know, I'll see what I have in the parts bin. Same deal, free parts...but you have to install it, use it and report back. Even if the season is over...gotta report back with a couple of hours of use...at least

    Interested if available?

I have a NPS45 and the igniter seems to be faulty. Also wonder if easy to replace.

    Thanks.

I got to meet Scott a few weeks ago at the Warehouse. :D
Very Nice guy and he gave me some great advice about upgrading my M-55 Convection Blower (someday)
The warehouse is very impressive. He said it was the largest on hand stock of pellet stove parts worldwide. It looked it to me.

    Hi Nailer
Where is the warehouse? What is the upgrade on the blower. I know the latest version of the blower has a black end cap?

Cool, and thanks for reply. I will take it with a grain of salt. Just the fact he has not even responded to the thread he started tells me all I need to know. I will tell you, just recently, when I was house sitting and taking care of cats, dogs, horses and mules, I had to "repair" the P68 I gave to my sister. I went to Mountain view hearth products,(stove parts unlimited). It was less than 25 miles from my sister/bil's place. They had just built a second warehouse. They gave me(a nobody) a tour. The young gal(2 times, 2 different young gals) were extremely intelligent, about pellet stoves(and other heating). They train people there,I am very impressed. I do not know who or what is the best parts supplier, life is too short for me to even research or think about it, so I am willing to go with what works. If Scott was so awesome, we would not even be having this conversation.
