Sounds like you have your hands full for sure.

    Ducks are cool.

We have 45 acres and horses....
And retirement is OK.... At least when I simply feel lousy I can slack off.

Very much so...getting the other property cleaned up and empty has served to be the biggest problem to date...it's like you have to this and that for work every day, plus I have a ton of writing to do for the new position, which requires some bit of planning and work ethic but stupid stuff ALWAYS comes up. For example Today my wife goes over to the other house and the power was shut off, water coming in in the basement cause the sump is off. National Grid, I call them, wait on hold for almost 1 hour, have to drive down the street to get a cell signal cause there's no power at the old house, turns out that hey thought I wanted the power disconnected when I transferred service here... So now it's 2 o clock, nothing really done, kids will be home in an hour and literally, nothing was done today. errrr.

Yeah, she's a beauty. 2019 Kubota L3560 Limited Edition, 37 HP, LA805 lifting arms, 72" landpride rough cut mower, 72" landpride grapple, 72" LD bucket with bolt on cutting edge, pallet forks and 84" york rake with swappable grading blade. The cab on the beast has Satellite Radio, heat, AC, wipers and a whole host of HST features. Working the snot out of it.

Yeah, Napoleon can't hold a torch to the P68, though I'm a bigger fan of the P61..I'm a new owner of an Absolute43 nowadays and is the only stove I own currently.

Did you know we have a GTG June 8th in NH, Easy to get to and fun time for all. Good time to get together with many FHC members, mostly from the Northeast, but others have traveled to get there. All family oriented.

Just curious.. when you run your thermostat... what do you set your stove settings at?
Higher than you want, so that the thermostat is actually the one controlling the stove?
Anyone running this setup, chime in by all means... like it... don't like it..
    Just curious..

Just sent a pm to the host, I think he will give you a link that will help. Glad to share past pictures etc. Brian is one of the administrators. He and his wife, Dawn work really hard to put this together. The location is spectacular.

BTW - make sure the thermostat is compatible with milliwatt and single stage. As I said, I use a simple Lux stat that I just set the temp I want and let it cruise there unless I'm feeling chilly or warm, then I adjust it then. If you have a programmable, it might get hooked in differently (but IDK, it may be the same).
