Was at the 4 wide nationals yesterday....one of our sponsors (Z-Max) wanted our car on display near the starting line, and we got to sit in the Z-Max suite to watch the races......those AA rails all going off at once is unbelievable....feels like a bunch of sledgehammers beating your chest.

Also got to watch Antron Brown help prep the car.....real racer works on their own stuff.

My first post here on the forum. Just to give ya'll an update: 1. Yeah, sold my company (pelletstoveservice.com) on January 1st, 2. My friend Rob bought it, he owns pellet-stove-parts-4less.com....I work for him now as head of support for his company andt still have an ownership interest in PSS..., 3. We recently bought a farm. Here's me destroying the yard with my tractor. It's sunny today because I have to be inside working. All weekend it rained. About 55°F now. Got 24 or so baby chicks in the office next me getting big. Gotta construct their new coop. Sheep are great, they love the new farm with 3 acres of meadow, goats miss the scrub we had on the last property but dig their new barn. Ducks...well, they're ducks. Last night it was awesome, the flooded brook across the street had some wood ducks in there quacking something crazy, our ducks were standing in a line at the fence quaking back to them. Got a 60 x 35' greenhouse to construct when the ground firms up. Diggin for a swimming pond too when summer gets here. Haven't got around to installing a wood or pellet stove on the farm yet. Been using up the oil in the tanks so I can move them out. I kind of feel dirty ya know? haven't opened or dumped a bag of pellets in 3 months. Went from cleaning 4-5 pellet stoves every day to doing none. That's really weird. Thinking I'll do a pellet boiler tied into my central system, got a Harman Absolute43 to install in the family room. Putting my trusted ole' Enviro in my wife's studio and probably stick the Thelin Gnome in the corner of the kitchen...not sure. Retirement from service is a big adjustment yet welcomed change.

Notice the 55 Gal drum of nitro in the bottom pic, bottom right....blue Sunoco label. Antron was mixing & fueling the car himself.

15 this am,still spitting snow, sleet and hail.Went to town, dump garbage and go to bank.Came home and shoveled out, drug out small trailer, put the ramp tailgate on it,heading out to pick up the P68 tomorrow.I see no need to bring it home and (go through it) as few pellets that have been burned through it,so gonna haul it up to sisters/bil,and spend a few days up there. Was a bit worried, till stove owner called me a bit ago, wondering if the deal was still on,told him I will be there tomorrow AM.Snowstorm here, right now,but nothing bad that I cannot drive out of driveway tomorrow.Sister and BIL are very excited to have a unit that is 20k btu more powerful, and will work off a t/stat,and have a igniter that lasts more than 2 months.Seller even lined up xtra help to put on trailer, they are all city union employees, now sweat off their backs.Quick question,it has the mirror finish glass,I have never dealt with one, what is the proper/safest procedure for cleaning it?Thanks.

Water and ash or Rutland Glass Cleaner inside. Ive never cleaned the outside mirror part but if its like anti glare coatings on TV's and computer screens I would say no windex o ammonia based cleaner.

That is how I clean the inside of the glass. No chemical ever. The outside is just damp microfiber. Safe to clean the new tv screens also.

a belated Happy Birthday to Earl764
a Happy Birthday to bogieb I am sorry, to be late most of the time. Not intended, just seems to be happening more and more. :BrianK:
Welcome smwilliamson, Last time I conversed with you was when I had my Napoleon. That is gone and I have moved on to the P68. Lots of FHC family (what we are) helped me pick that model. Love that tractor of yours.

Ah,yes,I have used water/ash for years.I still use a Rutland product,it leaves a coating. But,back to my original question, maybe I should specify,I have no idea which side of the glass the mirror is on?

I have to assume you moved south,to go with a sprint car setup. Which is great. I wish you the best. Seems to me,most great sprint car drivers/teams come from the NE.As far as the Drag, have watched Antron for some years, great driver.

Yep, moved to Lk. Norman area this past January. Loving the area, weather, people, and especially the lower cost of living......but then again, pretty much ANYWHERE would be better than NY, with the exception of Ca.
Yep, Antron is a pretty nice guy. It was nice to have an "all access" pass, and got to meet a lot of nice people. Antron, John Force, his daughter, the guys at Kalitta, more. A LOT of fun.

Got a lot of exposure for the team and Z-Max. Working on a big sponsorship deal for next year. Cross your fingers for us.
