    Weeeelllll....i have been workin about 45-50 hrs. a week for the past month...so farmer steve has been doin most of the sawin. We just loaded the 3rd load on his 10,000# dump trailer....i have a cord layin in driveway waitin to be split n stacked n another friend got a small pickup load. Theres at least another 2-3 loads for the dump trailer.
    Land owner didnt do what he said he was gonna do....so some of it will probly be his problem...
    Foundation is dug...footers poured...walls gettin set mid week

    Yes...until they found out the pics i sent them was not me n it went to hell in a hand bag.
    I did suggest that they try n get a hold of Jack Straw n ask for pics of him plowin snow in the kubota nekkid.....:faint:

    Neighbors... YUCK! We have been in the same position as you. We scraped together all of our loose change each time a parcel around us goes on the market (X3). Just like you, reassessesed and tax per parcel (undeveloped) went from around $100/yr to $1000/yr. Not at all cool. We will need to make some decisions in the future about whether we can afford to hold onto those parcels.

    Been working at what I brought home from @bear1998's place when it has been cool in the mornings. I try and do at least 2 when I'm out there. Pile is growing slowly.
