I really like...its funny that you asked how long i had it..:D.....we bought a 550xp n the 562xp in 2012. I didnt use it much...as we were getting prepared to buy a home n were making sure we could install a wood stove one way or another.
Weeeelllll.....it was 5 later until we bought our home...shortly after i sent the 562 to get it ported at Wicked Work Saws ....he also updated the software on it .
I got a great deal on a new 395xp n sent it to WWS to have him port that one also.
The 550..i did a muffler mod n played with the (forbidden carb screw).....still once in a while it'll throw a little fit on a hot start..
All in all...I am very satified with all 3 Hooskies....
Husky had a good many changes n updates to there 550,562,etc. since we got ours......glad you like!!

Yeah, I did fair amount of research before I bought. Seems like the 562 had some issues when it first come out. Couldn’t find many complaints in the last couple years,so I pulled the trigger on it. Glad I did!:Ddid you run yours any before you had it ported? Does it really make that much difference? How about $$$$. Getting more addicted to saws all the time. Thinking about 572xp if they ever release it in the USA

Portings not necessary..i ran it a fair amount (12ish tanks) before the port...my best take on it would be like having a 70cc saw in a 60cc body.
300 bucks is an average cost......they are fun tho.....

Thanks, I’d probably rather put the $300 towards another saw

Since it has been to wet to get back in the lot I thought I better start on what I brought home. Red and chestnut oak. Tad over a 1/2 cord. 20190323_130522.jpg

    Nice work. Looking good.
I get the same messages sometimes, usually it's the size of the picture. You can edit the picture, maybe crop it just a bit and it will post the new pics.
