I don't think I could bring myself to pay that much. Nice truck don't get me wrong. Although a guy on a Ford forum I'm on showed us a 1997 f350 7.3 cclb that a dealer wanted 36K for......

Yeah, this one would be a bit more in my budget. 800 bucks, needs engine rebuilt or replaced.

Two games, thanks. One was 109 and the other was 101. Getting 100 is my goal, so that was a surprise. This is the once a year we go.

As far as my aches and pains, I tried to maintain a stiff back without bending, reaching and when it was time to release, I would do so but not leaning forward. Must've looked primitive!

6 people showed up and two games were just a bit past my limit. Very first frame was a strike! After that......well, er, umm....

There was a small child bowling with his parents that they brought out the release ramp and folded up the gutter guards for his benefit that I was kinda green about!

Was it green?...if so my buddy called about it...he had about 50 pics of it and that truck was like BRAND NEW! The dealer said he would take as many of those trucks as anyone could bring him...said they sell themselves. The original window sticker was with it...he was asking the same price for it as Ford did when new...

Haha, now that's ironic. If I wanted that price I'd ditch the sticker. But nope, a white one with a blue interior. Thing was mint, but man....

I suppose when you think about it a 94 or back is now antique here, and I know some places even newer is (and some a little older). So technically it's little different than asking a similar price for a fully restored 70s truck etc. Time flies, doesn't seem like a 9th Gen ford or gmt400 should be a straight up certifiable antique. Seems like yesterday an 06 or 07 was a brand new truck and an early to mid 90s was a dime a dozen older work truck (which or course they still are in less rust prone climates)

I’m wondering how he kept it from rusting out. 18 years is a long time to keep a truck free from the effects of road salt, salt air and moisture, if it is that he lives near where you are.
