We're slow n the leaf turn for this time of year. Leaves started falling off my Locust in July, and now it is bald, but other trees are still green. Every tree to its own time, I guess.

image.jpg Here's a couple from the back I just took. Not quite Bogydave's view, but we like it.

You are a class act my friend. It did not surprise me at all when I read this.

It looks like the value of this job was worth more than the money paid for the work. If that makes any sense.

We have a Norway between our house and the neighbors that we are looking to have taken down maybe late winter. The main trunk branches off low and the limbs rise nearly straight up. I can't imagine the weight in the limbs. They can fall either way and hit our houses causing damage. It is a great shade tree, but the risk to the property outweighs its' value at this point. We will put a sugar maple in its' place. The sugar maples on the property line rise up with smaller horizontal branches and mind their own business.

We are so glad we had all the large trees removed that could fall and cause damage to our home. When those old Nor'easters hit, that is not time to be worrying if our roof is going to fall in on us. We still have tons of trees, big ones too. But none close enough to hurt us. ( I hope)
