Well I didn't do any raking today. I dug in the dirt, installed that patio door screen (even had it in use this afternoon), sat on the back (or is it the front deck?), and otherwise goofed off.

Looks like the right side will not cause to much trouble when I turn the garden, just slow me down a bit.

Haven't seen any more land beavers hopefully none will show up the first of next month.

The boss started some seeds outside in a makeshift hothouse and is making some humming bird solution (I planted the shepherd's hook she hangs it from on one of my trips from the garage up around to the back of the house (or is it the front?).

One side of the house faces the woods and the other side also faces the woods, only difference is the closeness of the roads. Now you understand why I'm confused and how it can be uphill going in both directions in the driveway.

I grew up spending the summers in the woods at our camp. It was a small, young woods then, but I think it really had an effect on me. I just love being in the trees, seeing the trees, etc

I remember seeing an interesting movie one time about a guy who lived for an "unusually" long time. Seems he loved what he did. Which coincidentally was working with wood. I can't remember what actor it was. Sidney Portier? Maybe. Or was it Freeman? Did any of you guys see that?

It works for the two retired critters who live in it, there is a 1/10 of a mile between us and the road, it can be a pain in the winter if I have to clear all of the driveway using the snow blower.

We have a few of these that visit also
