    You know I'm not in favor of excessive government regulation & bureaucracy - But I really think there should be some sort of mandatory compentecy & skills test before any new chainsaws are sold.

    I'm no expert on felling trees, but even I knew what was going to happen before it happened.

    Except for the guy swinging the chainsaw around his head while trimming his hedge. I figured he was going to cut an arm off or worse.
