Ouch, the top one I dont know if he could have done anything to prevent it. I dont know anything about climbing but looks like he did what he should have and he was strapped in. Wonder what injuries he had.

The other guy WOW that sucks. Looks like he didnt make a bottom cut then the limb sprung back. I know that didnt feel good. And it threw him a long ways.

That was the first time I saw the first video. I'm not sure how he would say OH CHIT in that language, but my pants would have been full after that.

I've been bounced around a few times but I don't recall anything quite that wicked. Being near the theme park, we call those trees Hershey Park rides. HERSHEEEEEY!!!

Just watched the top vid again. Man, looks like he got nailed in the face and chest with the tree after it got pulled backwards from the full weight of the top falling on the rope pulling the tree. When it snapped the rope, wow, full force of a 10" tree snapping back straight. Wonder it didn't kill him.

Can't even imagine the power that tree had snapping back. Adding insult to injury, his chainsaw beat him pretty good on the end of the rope. Was not his best day I'll bet.

Ouch! I can't help but question if the man on the bottom vid survived. Just too risk taken.

It looked to me like they had the top tied off beneath the cut in order to lower it and that went very bad. Homemade catapult.

As if the smack from the snap of the tree wasn't bad enough… then he gets beat by the saw…
