I've been using pferd files and stihl They work for me, I'd buy them again. Recently came across these 2 brands Save edge and jaguar. I'm wondering how these 2 brands compare to the pferd. Save Edge gets rave reviews and jaguar gets good reviews as well but not as many. Save Edge seems a little pricier and jaguar about the same cost as Pferd.
Are you referring to the 2-N-1? And further, are you suggesting the other two brands as replacement files if you’re talking about the 2-N-1’s? Just wondering out loud for those who don’t know what you’re talking about...
I don't think so? Not sure what you mean by 2 n 1. Just your basic round file for sharpening by hand. Just different brands of your round file. I like my pferd they have held up fine. just asking..
