I would, but she doesn't like working in the rain. Y'all have been flooded...we are still way behind too.
I meant to post this last night. Got home about 7:30 this evening from work, hunny said if I could cut some smaller rounds, she would split them tomorrow while I'm working. Worked about 30 minutes and got this little pile ready for her and the fast splitter...yep, she's a keeper...
She just texted me awhile ago, I guess I'll have to buy her an ice cream....... JK She's a worker, glad she's mine...
I think Dennis needs to set you two up with your own pile of logs to cut and split. You on the chainsaw and Jeff's wife on the splitter.
Yes sir, if the GOOD LORD'S willing and the Creek don't rise. Got vacation in and approved, money saved for room at the Stone House Inn. Working on gas money now...gonna send my 029 to huskihl to work his magic, pick it up there too. We can't wait to meet y'all. Midwinter is coming too.
What a wonderful woman! and a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to the both of you! In her honor make all of your splits diamond shaped!
Wow very thoughtful. Your a lucky man. No, not lucky but blessed like you said. You do all you can do for each other and devote time together .. freedom will come. Happy wife happy life. Good deal You'll split anything w that monster Mine thinks of me, this i know.
Many of my favorite posters heading to Dennis' GTG it seems. I know you will all have a great time! Wish you all a safe and fun experience!
Haven't posted on this thread in awhile. I should have though, because my hunny needs plenty of praise for all she does for us. This is what she cooked before I got home today for Memorial Day. Cubed pork steak, fresh squash with Vidalia onions, fresh carrots, green beans and Jiffy muffins (blueberry and chocolate) from the Chelsea MI plant we stopped by. Gonna be hard to make it to the wood pile tonight...I'm blessed.
Life is good down there Jeff. I always have trouble getting back to work after a good meal. Sometimes even after a PB&J.
