I’m seriously gonna be taking a few days off work to get caught up on the hoard...This site is @10 miles from my house and a Shangri-La when I get there-63 rounds on the 1 ton today and the springs never thought about sagging...

Time to re-fill the rail rack, need some new pallets too-those will come this week. Today was hickory, white and red oak

Well, I could proffer you another finger....My bad... buZZsaw BRAD, no those are just more he has staged for loading-Its been so wet here he has hundreds that until he dropped some rock the tractor trailer could not access the site-The big rounds he loaded with the picker are the butt-offs, I’ll get all of those and tops unlimited-he is skidding them up and placing them for my easy access-It’s about a 200 acre operation, gonna see how much I can cut for say the next month-when soreness soothes, I’ll go back and will be taking some days off work-My goal is 9 cord
Nothing wrong with butt ends and tops...still lots of good wood. Good connection, easy loading zone too! Does he load it all or do you have to process the tops on site and load? For wood of that quality, id take time off too! Best of luck with it!
No buZZsaw BRAD , he’ll just keep the butt-off close to the picker as he chop saws to load within reach, all else is my labor with cant hook, saws and lifting into the bed-Now that he has all equip on site he just moves it with that awesome articulating skidder and then jumps in the picker, lifts, cuts to length with chop saw and stacks for load out-also has dozer and excavator on site

Thank you Sir Backwoods Savage, I wont complain-the total tear repair has not gone as well as the one in ‘08 despite the medical advances but I’m blessed - Thank you for the wishes...Prob gonna take Thurs off to do it again, then cut again Sun-Thats why we do the 3 yr plan, I sat out 9 months and now trying to catch up but I stayed warm with the chimney clean
That sounds like the same thing I've been cursed with since the second hip surgery. Just have to live with it.
