Got up to 50* here today. I was shocked that the garage wasn't flooded when I got home - not even wet! I took the chance to break up the ice pile beside the garage door. It is in shade all day so it doesn't melt very quickly. At one point it was about 7" thick and I really felt it when moving the car in/ot of the garage. Just two days ago it stuck out a couple of feet from the rocks, and was way wider - to the block foundation. But now it is out of the way, away from the foundation, and only about 4" thick.

The "bomb cell" or whatever storm missed us,stayed about 10 miles south, then went east.Sometimes live is good.Went to town.finally finished updating CWP,got some stuff, stove parts came in mail.As I could not get an answer from Haman,or several Harman techs,I discussed it with Don,and am going to change my chain drive Accentra,to the bigger gear,to see how it affects it.Enough cold for a while out here will still be a good test.A shame HHT service bulletins are not released to the public.

I ran down to Home and Hearth a few weeks ago for some pellets. They had a new brand of pellet in and asked if I wanted a bag to try. Well, who wouldn't accept a free bag of pellets? I waited until the stove was empty and dumped them in. I was pleasantly surprised. They burned hot with a light fluffy ash. Fast forward to today. I swung by and grabbed 5 bags. $6.25 a bag. The pellet is Wood & Sons. Made in Maine. Eastern White Pine. Is this the new mill y'all were talking about?

At over 300/ton and locally sourced which means no high cost of transportation? They better clean my stove and automatically fill the hopper too.

These need to be 260 or under.
