    I just find it ironic how "we" were giving Gasifier a hard time about it last night and then today I get the call! :hair:

    (The last time I had one it really was a two day prep. 2 freaking days over the weekend! No food!)

    I asked the woman on the other end of the phone toady is it still a two day prep? :hair: Nope, she says only one day now!!! :yes:

    I picked another good day to work from home.
    Sunday we had an avalanche that closed I-70 at Officers Gulch, blew a few cars off the road but no real injuries. Today, CDOT started mitigation this morning and the big slide at Herman's Gulch covered Westbound with 15', Eastbound with 8'. Had I-70 closed from 8:45-6:00 pm. Loveland was closed for mitigation, Berthoud the same. Good times.
    Funny thing, yesterday driving home I looked up at the Herman Gulch slide and wondered when they were going to work on it. It's a big slide path and steeper than it looks from the interstate. I've chased Elk up there in the past. Yoop may recall where it's at, just about a mile before the Loveland Pass off ramp heading west, north side of the road.
