    What a long crappy day. I've had a splitting headache since 9am after finishing the snow blowing and shoveling.

    Ad long as I'm on the couch I'm ok. But if I need to go upstairs to my desk, it's just misery.

    Six weeks after his accident, we finally got my husband's car back. The holdup was the other driver's insurance company. Even though the police report confirmed that the other car entered my husband's lane and hit him as he drove onto the shoulder to get away, they denied his claim. Our insurance paid to fix his car, and now it goes to arbitration. We're guessing that since the other driver denied being at fault, her insurance felt obliged to back her up...

    Yes, he's fine, just car damage, it was at low speed, two lanes making left turns.
    Nothing too remarkable except the insurance claim process!
