Had some 2x6's left over from a big pine we had sawn. Used those for the rafters, ripped a few to make the strips. Old barn tin for the roof..

Went out to eat with 2 other couples early this evening. Fish buffet! Very small buffet, but good. The butterfly shrimp took a hit while I was there...a dozen for sure. Also had some roast beef (wow!) and steamed veggies that really were good.

Walk down memory lane for me TrinitySouth99 after hearing about your new to you hatchback

    81' Mercury Capri

This googled pic is very close, identical to the first car I bought in 1987ish, $600 down and under $100 per month:jaw:. 2 door hatchback, lil thing rocked!! RWD, studded snows and little high school friends to get out and sit on hatchback and/or bounce on bumper to so I could rock it out of being stuck in the snow at stop signs & parking lots. Fun memories of that time in my life with that car. It was decently loaded down with stick shift tranny, chrome window and push/pull door locks, am/fm cassette deck, 1/2 cloth seats instead of all vinyl, heat & defrost, and to cool down there were were pull/push knobs (like a choke)that opened a vent by each front seat door foot area that let outside air blow through & out the rolled down windows :) Prop the hatchback up with a stick and run the best radio station while at the drive in movies, camping, working outside, fireworks, and parties. LOL, many or all the trucks and cars at parties did similar and we all tuned into the same radio station, I know so many here remember doing similar.

Gasifier , we did a science kit (baking soda/vinegar volcano and a little lcd clock powered by a lemon, then an animated pg on tv earlier tonight, boring her to sleep with discovery channel hee hee :)

Incidently TrinitySouth99 , I had the same little lcd clocks attached to attached with sticky back tape to where the gauges are in both the Capri, following cars, and in the Blaze we still have

That must be that certain one. My mother in law had one same mileage and didn't use a drop in like 5k. She traded it. Wish I would of bought it.

My buddy was a hyundai certified mechanic and he never said that about them and he was not a Kia fan either, didn't have trouble speaking his mind.
