    Nice you had an open drop zone. Sometimes a bit scary when you encounter punky/rotted center and lose the hinge. Did you know it was bad in the center before you cut?

    Hollow trees always have a little "pucker" factor to them. That looks like it went according to plan though. Looks like good working weather too.
