We're I live there is a empty lot behind my mobile home and the manager wants me to move my wood piles off that lot onto mine. 2nd time in 2 years I have been here that they have bitched about my wood stacks and made me move then so here we go again. On a good note I believe the family and I are going to attempt to build a holz housen thats exciting. Also got a bunch of rounds split.
Wait, are you complaining because for the 2nd time you have been asked not to store wood on property that isn't yours?
the crazy thng is they are making me move it not even 20 ft how crazy and anal can ppl be said they were going to charge me rent for that lot if I didn't move it.
OMG the nerve.... Who do these people think they are pushing you around? Asking you for the second time to remove your personal possession's from property that isn't yours. Why its unbelievable It takes all kinds folks. All I can say!
well I wouldn't have stacked it on someone elses property the park manager gave me permission its her boss that said no. and the first time it was on the front of my property the said it was an eye sore. so ya your rite takes all kinds of folks.. just not feeling the sarcasm peanut gallery lol
no it was getting long and they kept skipping it and not mowing it. it only took me few mins to mow it no big deal to me really I don't mind mowing if I have the time. I really don't mind moving the wood I needed to stack all the new splits anyways gives me a chance to play with my wood and make my stacks look better
Are you paying rent on the vacant lot where you store the wood? Is there an agreement with landlord to mow in exchange for your use of lot? Just trying to understand the situation.
No just mowed it cause it was high.. and I asked the local park manager if I could put my stacks there she said she didn't mind but when the big boss from corporate seen it she said I had to move them or they would charge me rent for the lot.
Count yourself luck that you had temporary storage. Now move the wood. I'd personally split and stack (on my property) the wood as fast as possible to keep the place neat and tidy just to avoid issues with others. Leave messes around expect complaints. I know its funny but some people actually don't like messes, hard to believe isn't it.
Try making a deal with him. Let him know that you will continue to maintain the property if he lets you stack the wood there. If he says no stop taking care of it.
For sure I'd make a concentrated effort from now on to stack the wood nicely lest they come down hard on you. That is one of the problems with renting. Even though you pay the rent they can still sometimes make you do or not do things. Probably more so in a trailer park. Hope this works out okay for you.
