    Hello all. First post from a new member. I recently heard about the site from a "forum friend" and wanted to check it out.

    My applicable bio reads like this...
    I've been a chainsaw enthusiast for a few years. I have a small collection of personal saws; half of them for use and the other half are my 'collectibles'. My passion for saws revolves primarily around the fact that I love to work on them as a hobby. I buy project saws and good deals for flipping, and all of the money I make from them I "re-invest" in saws for my collection. I'm a Stihl guy; not because I believe Stihl to be superior to other brands, but rather because that's what I was raised on and that's what I'm most proficient at working on.

    I do cut firewood, but mostly to help a farmer friend who cuts & sells in his slow season for extra income. I burn a little wood for ambiance and supplemental heat from my Aurora insert, but it's not my primary source of heat.

    Thanks everyone! Sorry, forgot to fill out all of my details - I live in Brownsburg, IN, which is a small town just west of Indianapolis.

    I'll round up some photos of my wood pile (this will be for comedic reasons!), my insert, and my saws. Looks like a nice place to hang around you've got here!
