    Me and mom took part in a paint night at her local community center. Mine on the left, hers on the right

    Yes, take it easy for a while. This ice situation is really wide spread and it does not appear it will get better for a while. We need a big thaw.

    I just went back into the woods to check the situation. Decided I don't want to cut more wood until the ice and snow melts. My back can't take that chance of slipping and falling.

    The new ariens got broke in to day. Actually, just a few minutes of run time by 99. 2" of snow and I pushed everything over to the sides of the driveway; then she ran the snowblower to clean it up and over the banks.

    Tomorrow we may get a foot of the fluffy white chit snow. She'll really use it then!

    :headbang::hair::headbang::doh::headbang:

    Seeing what older relatives have squandered only to end up near where they started and ran from away from with disdain to end up paying 10x the price for a less than 1% of what they sold off is really hard to see.

    On another note, my sleep sched is pretty off for even me. Since the flu then pneumonia (which I can gladly report is a bit better ever day!) I am pretty much out around 6-8 pm plus or minus and waking up at 3 and 4 am and beyond fatigued by early afternoon to be a good mom.

    :confused:

    Why is it so quiet here? Is everybody ok? Is something going on I don't know about?

    IT'S QUIET HERE BECAUSE IT'S SNOWING. It's nice not hearing all the cars drive by. Our site not sure wildwest . Been wondering the same thing. Seem weird this time of year.

    I've been hearing that, sounds like western Wisconsin is getting some now too. Hows the back? Gonna be able to handle the white stuff with that new snowblower?
