They should be available through various sources like Amazon or EBay but be prepared to pay top dollar and wait on foreign shipping.
This is what I use. http://www.ebay.com/itm/MP-D-SHAPE-...ors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5402317f46
I made my own. Piece of aluminum tubing. Flattened one side with needle-nose pliers. Piece of vacuum hose for a grip.
Pete with that thing pushed into one of those universal scree drivers can you get through the access hole or do you have to have all covers off?
I bought these from them http://www.hlsproparts.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=carburetor adjusting tools&Submit=
I bought my spline tool from there for $12 but they don't have em any more Surprised they have em on amazon http://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Poulan-Weedeater-530035560-Adjusting/dp/B00HWCRCFA/ref=sr_1_1/185-2239985-0585656?ie=UTF8&qid=1399069955&sr=8-1&keywords=carb adjusting tool
I saw the single D tool on ebay for a decent price when I went to buy mine then they were gone a few weeks later forcing me to pay double!! The husky tools bring almost $40 now!!! Last one I bought a few weeks ago was $8!
Funny thing is the dealer near me sells the husky tool for $10. SHH don't tell lol. I made a quick $60 profit a few months back on 3 of them. They went within 2 hours buy it now… Its not illegal but it is against company policy supposedly. The dealer said if they drop me for selling that they lose a big business so I sell them off the shelf.
Who looses the business if they drop you? I debated selling them. I bet I could buy a case of them if I wanted too...but?? I have debated it.
