    -21 heading to -24. Burning ash and maple as hot and fast as I can. That’s the best I got! Going to need a couple extra blankets in the bed tonight!!

    A nice surprise if +10* I took advantage of the warmer temps and cut wood after work. Using the snow machine. DAB33994-99EC-4430-A09D-BE7E3CD172D8.png 2C8623A8-3296-4862-949C-A8F1E36D6E72.jpeg I got half a load of really nice standing dead white spruce. And a white birch to be c/s/s till it ripens.

    I hope all of your are safe in the cold weather and without much hardship.

    Well -27f and -26.5f wind-chill now Max wind-chill was -45.7f oak slabs burning . And 78f in living room.. and having internet issues now..lol[​IMG]

    That can be a dangerous thing to life and property, especially in cold winter months. I hope they got it sorted out and then had a talk about installing a wood stove for another source of heat.

    Im typing away while I burn down doug fir coals in anticipation of an overnight burn. Here in my part of the Canadian Rockies its a balmy -15c/5f. From some of the reports here Im thinking Im in the banana belt! Not quite shorts weather but Im happy for some easy winter weather. We had lots of sun today with no wind.....
