I was less than impressed with this smoke. I have had some great CAO smokes but this was less than impressive.

It came in a sampler pack. I hope the rest of them are better

I had the same one around three years ago and did not like it either.

I ordered a fiver of the Columbia by CAO and didn't like those either. Many months later (18-24?), I had another and it was great!

It's been well over a month since my last cigar.......

99 and I took a ride and along the way stopped at a casino.......(what luck for her! Imagine the coincidence!)

Anyhoo, I had a vintage 1990 perfecto and can honestly say I didn't enjoy it one bit. That's a good thing anyway. Just a few minutes of a smoke; not even 1/3 of it.

    Flavor or too tight?

OhioStihl - can’t say that I’ve had many CAO.... but it looked like a good day out in the woods...

I’m going to have one or two later and I’ll post on them tonight.

Both. The cigar was tighter than it should have been and the flavor was not the same as a full sized 1990 vintage. But then, I haven't had one in over a month.......maybe I'm just too pure now!  :rofl: :rofl:  :picard:

Cigar weekend coming up. It has been hectic at work and I’m looking forward to a good cigar. I’ve already contacted my cigar smoking friend, strength in numbers.

I ordered some La Palina Maduro cigars. Anyone ever try them?

Looks like they recently changed their makeup as a lot of sites have discontinued them; the ones I ordered originate from Honduras not Dominican Republic.

I smoke My Fathers 1922, Kuba Maduro, robusto has a Big R on the wrapper, Black Market Maduros. I like a strong cigar with a Maduro wrappers. I like mostly the last 1/4 of the cigar because if ya hammer it ya can get a buzz, and yes my wife hates the smell of the cigar smoke.
