The threat of frostbite even includes those indoors at those chills. :hair:
The lowest I remember was about -50 over 20 years ago.
    Too...........................cold.
Still don't get how Rope and others in more northern climes handle that cold.....w/o the windchill. Brrr

21 here, low of 9 tonight. Red Maple keeping the 70's Alive inside. Single digits are Chilly, but nothing like you guys in the -50 club. We'll see double digit negatives a few times each winter usually, often with brutal wind, rarely for more than a week at a time. It's kinda fun to "conquer" the weather successfully for a while, but I don't know if I'd want to make a habit out of it!

Just peeked at the thermometer and fired up the OWB (with help) and the temp outside is -20. It'll get a little colder than that yet.

Don't know what the wind chill is.

+6F with a little below 0 windchill. Loaded the boiler with a little extra Oak & Ash. 75 inside the house & 70 in shop. Light lake effect snow falling, but no real accumulation expected. Going fence row cutting again tomorrow. Hope the wind stay decent. 16 & no wind ain't bad weather.
