Me too. The wrong teams won. The first game was just horribly refereed. That last non call is a disrgrace to the sport. Take the time, make the right call. The second game, ugg. Dee Ford had to line up over the line of scrimmage taking away another interception, and one that would have iced the game. Instead, same old patsy's going to the Superbowl. Yawn.

My wife badly sprained an ankle once and it took six weeks to heal with physical therapy afterward. The doctor at the hospital told her it would have been less painful had she broken it. Sprains can take 9 months or more for the tendons and muscle tissue to heal. Go easy on it. Good luck with it.

Had the day off. Even though it was pretty cold, I made three trips into the woods to cut up a large downed hickory. Pretty good score, as it was a 26 inch truck that had split down the center. It was already split in half as I sawed both sides, so getting staged on the splitter was a one man job.

Tree died and toppled over among the logged trees tops, so it seemed dry enough to take directly to the boiler. Have a oak about ten inches, but leaning against a young tree about 25 feet up. Cut a wedge into the support tree, will let nature get it on the ground. I can see it from the road when I drive by, so when it falls, it will be cut.

Woods with snow on a cold day is a special time.

Well, we were to be getting 5-7" of wet heavy snow, now they upped it to 6-10" starting tomorrow going through Wednesday.

I'm taking the laptop home with me tomorrow afternoon.

Burning the midnight oil here. Have a few projects with bids due tomorrow and Wed. Can you imagine a vacation home with almost 400 steel beams in it? Massive lengths of tube steel that retails for $200/ft. ? Pretty sure I've never seen a "house" quite like this one. Conceptual drawings are ridiculous, faux Aspen trees in and out, cladding the steel columns. People are nutz.

Yeah, I was told I would have been better off breaking mine by a friend who is a PT. For added fun, I managed to sprain my right ankle at the same time, though that one wasnt as bad.

This one just bothers me randomly. Pretty mild thankfully.

40 hours? I’m not familiar with that terminology... can you explain what that is?

Our clear weather left yesterday afternoon and we are back to warmish wind and rain. Up early this morning as campinspecter and the supervisors are heading down island for a check up on the car and dental cleaning for the dogs. I get to go to work for the day.

I seem to be over the headache thing. Now it is just staying awake today. I guess I will have to make some caffeine tea for breakfast.

Oh no. Not good at all. I used to be the king of sprained ankles. We lost count of how many after 25 or so.

    May you heal quickly!
