Would this be considered breaking news?

Edit: forgot to say just loaded the Buck with a grab bag, cherry, elm, oak and maple.

Went from 28 at noon to 8 now. Headed for negatives overnight with wind chill predicted to be -40. Stove room still holding at 76 on a maple cocktail of red and sugar. Plow jobs done, despite some breakage. Home, apartments, mom, and sick buddy's drives all clear. Took care of an old neighbor at the apartments too, he has helped me out a hundred times as I have with him - miss living next to the guy, he is a good one.

Had to hand dig the little drainage culvert out back as it found a new path under my barriers and flooded the top of the driveway again. Sounds silly, but it was nice weather to work in once the sleet stopped. :) Got maybe a foot here with heavy sleet on top. Now we'll get it all solidified!
