Well, using the Kenworth is out, as the team is heading to the Miami area next week for the beginning of the race season. Regular movers are on standby, although I think the actual pack date is going to be either the 23rd or 24th. Hope to be moved in new shack by 29th or 30th. Closing is the 24th.

Dusting here overnight too, but cold.

22* this morning, so the sn*w is fluffy and leaf blower worked great on the deck/sidewalk. Hope the next round Sat. night/Sun just goes away.......:(

I tried some of that Vegan food. For me, it was Yuk. Looks to me like it is all highly processed.

You "torture" the cow to keep it producing milk past its normal lactation period.

Pellet pigs, I've felt crappy a couple hours after getting up in the morning for so many years it's unfortunately my normal. That said I have medicine now etc., but recently it's more pronounced. I looked at my meds I'm wondering about Cardizem CD (diltiazem). When do you all take your blood pressure meds, at night or in the morning?

I take a beta blocker which is a twice a day pill the CCB is not the one you are going to be taking I have amlodipine which takes several days to build up in your system and I take it in the morning. I take all of my meds at 8 am and my evening beta blocker at 8 pm.

Thanks guys, think I'll move 6 or 12 hours a time migrating towards a night time dose and see if that helps. Thanks STB, I am not as educated on my meds as I used to be. Yes, CCB are raynauds friendly, BB are not. Guess I just got lucky that propranalol for hyperthyroid heart and trembles happens to be CCB

Hell WW, BBs are damm unfriendly if you suffer from any cold related problems. Mine reached that point late last spring. I need a coat to get into my den which used to be one of the warmest rooms in the house. I only go there on Warsh day after it has warmed up. Wimpy, wimpy Old Bear.

Sorry STB, being ill, getting old, whatever the reason. Glad there are meds but some side effects are no fun. Hang in there Bear :) Any chance you can move to CCB instead of BB?

I'm all in on that prayer chain.

In case prayers aren't answered, I just got done wrestling with my work laptop to get it to talk to my Wi-Fi. Finally just rebooted and it said, "oh yeah, I can hook up to that, no problem." Funny thing was, I had to boot it up the first time anyway, so it's not like it was befuddled from being asleep for the drive home. Oh well, I didn't even get much cussing in, and no gnashing of teeth or wailing was involved, so it really wasn't that much of a problem ;).

Anyway, that buys me time if the storm goes into Monday so I won't have to get up early to sn*w blow at 3:30 in the morning - I would just work from home early in the morning, sn*w blow a little later, then head on in when the road crews have had a good chance to clean things up. I was asked to reschedule a meeting I had made for Monday afternoon so other people could do exactly that.

Also, another storm is expected for Wednesday. Not nearly as much forecast, but I would rather avoid the yahoo's on the highway if possible. And since my boss is from Virginia, and doesn't drive in 2" of snow, she has been telling me not to make the long commute.

I'd take full advantage of that sensible offer B, must make you feel good to hear that your bosses have concern for their staff being on the road, during inclement weather.
