    Weather has changed. Wind and rain. One power outage and two power blips yesterday are beyond annoying. Our bell system in the school reverts back to Jan 1, 1988 every time it happens. What a pain! Nice to come home to a warm house and hot soup for lunch. Thanks campinspecter.

    If we can get NortheastAl well again and make sure there are enough shovels for the more southern and eastern people, all will be well.

    Thought we ran out of propane this morning. When I checked, I had just forgot to turn the new tank on. Time to get a few 100 lb tanks on hand.

    I typically get to work before 6 and leave around 3 which leaves time for errands. Today I picked up my 50 lbs of sweet Italian venison sausage from the processor, then filled the wood storage in the garage for burning through this upcoming weekend's cold snap.

    Fridays I get off at 1. I may drive out to the spear shack to open the hole from the week's accumulation of ice for a nice sit that afternoon, then again Saturday morning.

    If my buddy brings out his dedicated spear hole chainsaw this weekend I will try to get a few pictures. He said it is a Farmertec 660, blue cover, 28" bar. I don't know anything about this saw. I guess we will see how it goes.
