Got the snow blower running after pulling the plug out about 10 times and getting some fresh gas in. Guess I better get my rain gear out, probably no snow for sure now. :D

Just swapped the Michelin all season's for the Blizzaks on our Accord. Been holding off for a decent snow. My actions probably saved us from seeing anything significant. 20190116_190843.jpg

Center cover was installed after torquing them to 80 ft lbs.

We know that feelin Tim. We finally realized we weren't using the tracked Suzuki much, on snow, so we sold it last fall. Opting to get back to snow shoeing. Sold the Jeep with it's plow too. (We have a plow guy just down the road, who could plow if we ever need it) Shifted gears to a Honda tracked snow blower with a cab. So far it's turned moving snow into a real treat. The power steering actually works well. This dry fluff coming this Sunday ought to be a blast. Now, if I could just come up with a way to get it on the roof... :picard:...

I really haven’t watched a lot, have been reading our local weatherman’s blog. Too busy and our tv box was out from Sunday to Last night. But for us (IMO) there blowing this out of proportion. Since we had snow last week and some power outages... just the key phrases they keep using.... it kinda made not having tv nice....

Woke up to :shiver: -14 F and clear this a.m.. Looks like the big "storm" stays south of us. Friday and Saturday night the temps are supposed to dive to :shiver::shiver: -30 F. Once again, I'd rather have the snow.............................

We were forecast to get snow all week. I'm in the snow belt and when the weatherman says snow you best be prepared.
That said we haven't had a single flake all week ,,,,,,, it's been colder than the granitebawlzof theLincolnmemorial ,,, but no snow!
Maybe you inlanders will get all of ours and then some !:thumbs::thumbs:

N.E. Ohio snowbelt here. I hope the ground stays frozen under any snow we may get. It not often that we get to enjoy a non-muddy base under our snow. Kinda liking it.

Going to give driving the F350 back to the woods through a harvested corn field a whirl this afternoon. Hopefully, I'll be able to grab some beech some buddies cut down in late fall without calling my cousin to yank me out.

I’m just hoping it gets cold enough to get the ground solid so I can reload my wood bin this weekend...
