Bravo, that is clear about you and all the other hoarders here, I'm so impressed with what a good group of men is at FHC :) Ya, soooooooo tired of metoogonetoofar. No flying with pillows between your knees here, may there be plenty of ballroom underwear and jeans for all you awesome hoarders!

No need to erase wildwest .. I was taught same as schlot One problem I have with it, the part where "boys will be boys" segment. Oh fighting is bad for boys.. Everyone is against a couple of boys just settling their issue. I and a lot of others experienced this.
I guess a lot is about common sense and balance. Bullys tend to stop bullying when little Johnny won't take it anymore.

More freezing drizzle overnight but was sunny this morning. Clouds moved in but still saw sunshine off and on. Wind was raw but in the woods it was nice. Got out more logs today. Quit a bit early though as I could not seem to get an answer from wife on 2-way radio. So quit and came to house. Then I found out why no answer. I must have bumped something on my radio as it had changed channel. Duh... Was supposed to be locked but who knows what gremlins lurk in coat pockets? Wife was fine and I got to quit early so not all bad.

The driveway and assumedly everything else was slick last night when I took the pups out at 11 for their last potty time of the night. We had freezing mist. It was totally fine this am though in my short drive in to work though.

Went to the urgent care clinic today because I had a bad cough since Monday night. I had coughed so hard I passed out five times between then and now. So, I find out I have the flu, even though I had the shot. They were concerned about the passing out, as was my wife. They sent me to the ER for a series of X-rays, CAT scan of my head, blood work and ekg along with heart monitoring. Found out passing out can happen from some sort of vaso nerve that shuts you down during coughing. At any rate, they gave me pills for the cough and tamiflu. Should feel better in a week or so. Moral of the story, the flu ain’t fun.

I must be losing it because I forgot to say thank you, Woodwidow. Guess I’m more under the weather than I thought.

The fainting is scary, I'm glad they found the reason wasn't something worse. I got the flu shot and the flu also, maybe a different type because mine was more stomach than throat. Take care of yourself!

A little caffeine going in and the boiler is humming away to keep up with the minus 10 temperatures. Time to do some exercise inside before I go to the enjoyment center.
