Spent some quality time with my splitter this afternoon after returning from Brandon Scott's thus morning. I had to buck the top of the white oak we cut Saturday and clean up my mess. You can just make out the rounds from the top in the back of the truck. There is still a bunch of big rounds from the trunk to split, but a boy's gotta eat at least once a day!
It was PB&J for lunch then back to work. And don't ya know, down comes the rain. Only 3 big rounds left to split however. Splitter and tractor now safely put away for the next dry day.
