Had a great weekend with my little helper. CSS’d some elm, cherry, and ash. She found a caterpillar, which she named “Cotton Candy, and a dead frog which she named Cotton Candy Sprinkles.
Looks like ya both had a great time and made 1 heck of a nice stack of wood. In a few years she will remember while being nice and warm the weekend she helped Dad stack it. My youngest will be 13 in a couple of months how the time flies.Nice work Frank and Beans .
I use the term “helper” loosely, lol. She really just explored while I was working. But it is still good for her, and she enjoys being outside.
Looks like it was great weather to be outside working and exploring. The helping part will come on its own. Maybe the frog was just hibernating.
You aren't just making firewood; you are making family memories that will last generations. Passing the torch to the next generation, well done. And a beautiful child if you don't mind me saying.
I have a feeling that the frog was simply hibernating. Nice day to get out and do some firewooding, especially with your daughter.
Great pics F @ B So happy to read about the time spent with your helper. These are special moments for both of you- I’m sure you will cherish them for years to come.
Good job. Also glad to see you have chosen to lock up that wood pile so it doesn't make a break for it! Although, I might add some concertina wire along the top of that chain link fence just to be sure!
Nice to get out and do some firewoodin and Spend time special with the little one . I found After I got divorced my time with the kids Were very special
