    Well there.... I told my wife that there is a great bunch of guys and girls that are on here. That being said I also been wondering what happens with trouble here because I don't see much and now I know why. :)

    It is because we are all such nice and salt-of-the-earth people. No surprise there isn't much trouble. AFAIK, banning is very rare - a lot rarer than some other sites I could mention (which somehow I manage not to get banned from, but have been witness to).

    If you get banned from here, it should really tell you something about yourself.:D But chances are, that a few of the fellas will be laughing about you in the background before it happens.

    We try really hard not to ban anyone.....yet there are some that try, for what reason we don't know, to be banned.

    And you may or may not see the content that puts them over the edge, sometimes it gets deleted too. Its not something we like to do, but if it needs done, it gets done. This isn't one guy running the show, it's a group of people who vote on such things, no single person has an end say in it.

    A couple of years ago there was a strange guy from Lebanon PA (I think), who was always a little off kilter. Then one day he started asking inappropriate questions about children's bodies, and the hammer came down. A couple of weeks later, another account was opened that seemed likely to be the same person, and he didn't last long.

    I think this site is ahead of its time. I think we will see a shift towards trying to be nicer to ppl online. because at the end of the day. most ppl don't like arguing all the time. and if you do like to argue. most ppl don't like to be around you. I have left other sites because the "pointless arguers" took over.

    plus talking to some old timers, they say ppl are nicer today than they were 40+ years ago. not to say there aren't mean ppl out there. just there is less of them. for example. when I was a kid if I was acting up. I would get sent to bed without supper. now that is called child abuse.

    I like this site and it always makes me feel good thinking about posting pictures and talking about firewood. so it effects me even when I'm offline. so keep up the good work everyone. :thumbs:
