That picture really bothers me....I wish I hadn't closed my eyes when mom took that of my brother and I.

There's also a lack of teeth brushing in that area. So the truth lies somewhere between.;)

Now, yeah, any sugar, that's not part of a natural fruit and not concentrated isn't good for you.

Coffee is very bad for gums and teeth as well, but you don't hear much about that because, well... sheeple.

The bottom line is that you need to use moderation.

I got my oil changed in the Audi. We also did some shopping for a few things we need . That only needs I have more research to do. Hopefully tomorrow I can cut up the "sticks" I brought home, and split up some of the ash I have.

I find Sunday’s are the best for hoarding. I say it’s my church, being outside mostly solo with only my thoughts. Sometimes it’s scary...

I love working in the woods. Work for a bit, take a breather and enjoy the sounds for a bit. I probably work about 50% of the time.

This morning my son and I were able to finish cutting a new section of trail through the woods. Tied that section to an existing trail and the other end to a logging path. We took a nice hour and a half lunch break to rest a while. Then we tied that logging path back to another trail. So we just had to take down some brush and small downed trees through the logging path and all together we added a nice size loop to the whole system. Then we both went riding the 4wheelers for an hour when we finished. I do have to go back through with the tractor to break a few downed trees loose that are frozen into the ground. And see if I can’t dig a few rocks out and level off. The larger stumps that we are leaving and just weaving through will be dug out in the spring after the ground has completely thawed. Or I get the gumption to cut them off with the 24” bar on the CS680. It was a good day teaching my son to safely run the chainsaw and getting him a little more experience. He and I both really enjoyed the day.

What I should be doing is getting into town, buying some gas, and splitting that ash I have to take care of. Instead, I'm being quiet in the living room letting my wife sleep. I'll give it a few more minutes, then it's time to break out the hammer drill. Lol
